International trade fair representation
Business development services
Strategic consulting
Market access support
Services are consultancy and representation services. No guarantee of specific commercial results is provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Fees are agreed individually.
Invoices are payable within the agreed period.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
The client is responsible for:
Providing accurate information
Product compliance with EU regulations
Necessary certifications and documentation
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
We are not liable for indirect damages or third-party actions.
All shared business information will be treated confidentially.
German law applies.
